Working

High frequency fine screen in short known as high frequency screen, is a kind of concentrator classification equipment, according to different widths of the screen surface deck sewing realize  the classicification of materials. In grinding circuit, screen coarse that’s means sieve out material again return to grinding mill. Fine grain that is under the screen that can eduction in time and avoid to crushing . To sieve out fineness required material timely can improve grinding machine production, reducing energy consumption, improve profit. Installation of high frequency screen in dressing loop can screen out thick bead concentrate to grinding mill again,  screen fine particle extracly can improve the concentrate grade

1.Tungsten tin ore: using high frequency fine screen instead of hierachial machine, hydrocyclone classifier and ball mill closed circuit and can significantly reduce the useful material grinding, improve concentration effect, can improve recovery 10% ~ 15%.
2.Iron ore: using high frequency fine screen as concentrate control classification equipment, in the same grinding machine processing power and can steady and improve concentrate grade 1.5% ~ 2%.
3.Glass sand: used for rod milling-split,  stable production of qualified products.
